The CHInano 2025 Conference & Expo, also known as the 15th CHInano, will be held at Suzhou International Expo Centre, SIP from Oct 22 to 24, according to the news briefing on Oct 14.

The event will be unprecedented in scale, dwarfing all previous events that were held in SIP on a yearly basis since 2010.

The event will closely focus on cutting-edge fields such as micro and nano fabrication, third-generation semiconductors, optoelectronic technology, flexible and printed electronics, nanoimprint lithography, fiber/gel materials, advanced electronic materials, device processing, analysis and detection and nanotech applications, as well as industry hotspots and trends like embodied intelligence, AI technology and applications and advanced semiconductor technology.

The event will feature a main report conference and 15 specialized forums, with 605 industry reports (increasing 26% year-on-year), plus an exhibition, an innovation and entrepreneurship contest, a series of partnering activities.

The exhibition area will reach 25,000 square meters, a 4% increase over the previous year. It will comprise a central pavilion and eight themed zones, with 440 standard booths presenting a comprehensive range of products and innovative solutions.

As a premier global event for the nanotech industry, the event will bring together over 150 experts nationally recognized in China, alongside more than 500 globally leading scientists, renowned entrepreneurs and industry experts.
